Our International Friends

While we are working closely together with many German animal protection groups, we are particularly proud of networking with great organizations all across Europe and in the United States. Here is an overview of our international partners.

Animal Visuals

The mission of animalvisuals.org is to provide compelling visuals and interactive media to empower animal advocates, educate the public, and expose the injustices of animal exploitation.

Compassion in World Farming

CIWF campaigns peacefully to end all cruel factory farming practices. They believe that the biggest cause of cruelty on the planet deserves a focused, specialized approach – so they only work on farm animal welfare.

Compassion Over Killing

Working to end animal abuse since 1995, Compassion Over Killing exposes the routine abuses forced upon animals raised for food and promotes vegetarian eating as a way to build a kinder world.

Farm Sanctuary

Farm Sanctuary remains solidly committed to their mission to end cruelty to farm animals and promote compassionate living through rescue, education and advocacy efforts.

The Humane Society of the United States

The HSUS is the nation’s largest animal protection organization, backed by 11 million Americans. They work to reduce suffering and improve the lives of all animals by advocating for better laws; investigating animal cruelty; conducting campaigns to reform industries; performing animal rescue and emergency response; and providing care to animals through their sanctuaries, emergency shelters, wildlife rehabilitation centers, and clinics.

The Humane League

Since their founding in 2005, the mission of the Humane League has been to save the lives of as many animals as possible and to reduce as much animal cruelty as they can. They strive for a world where people, companies, and legislators are making choices that help and not hurt animals, a world in which all animals are treated with the same respect and compassion that we show to our beloved family dog or cat.

Mercy for Animals

Mercy for Animals primarily focuses on farmed animal advocacy and promoting cruelty-free food choices. They believe that non-human animals are irreplaceable individuals with morally significant interests and hence rights. This includes the right to live free from unnecessary suffering and exploitation.

The Vegan.com blog provides readers with news on veganism, animal protection and rights, and gives insights into the backgrounds of the food industry (especially the meat-, egg- and dairy industry). The website also gives valuable information on vegan living, especially by giving access to the book “The Ultimate Vegan Guide”.

“Ninety-nine percent of animals killed in the United States each year are slaughtered for human consumption”. Vegan Outreach is working to expose and end cruelty to animals through the widespread distribution of our illustrated booklets
